Maintains stock and non-stock inventory.
Investigates and resolves match exception problems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Essential Functions 1.
Collects and processes requests for parts and services as needed.
2.
Retrieves needed items from the warehouses and properly issues them.
3.
Maintains and inputs files on all requests for stock and non-stock inventory items.
4.
Performs cycle counting and match exception duties.
5.
Orders stocked items and places them into their proper bin locations to assist receiver.
6.
Assists supervisor with inventory control functions.
7.
Replenishes consumables during their shift and ensures proper stock is on hand.
Additional Responsibilities 1.
At times, may make deliveries to specified locations throughout Tunnel Ridge facilities.
2.
Completes any other task as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications 1.
Job requires knowledge of facilities layout, forklift handling, warehouse supplies and finished parts.
2.
Needs to have computer knowledge and experience with Oracle is preferred.
3.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to cover all shifts.
4.
Ability to work with other departments, vendors, and other warehouse employees to effectively and efficiently expedite orders.
Working Conditions Site specific PPE required.
Also involves heavy lifting.
Must be able to lift, carry, push tools, materials and supplies 50 lbs - 100 lbs regularly.
Must be able to walk, bend, climb, reach, and crawl as necessary.
